What have to do our woman’s in our society?

Nowadays in our society we realize that the woman are more efficient and intelligent than the man so why a woman have to be always at home taking care about the children. Should women always have to care about the family, or is better if they go to work?

First of all being a woman have a lot of advantages when you are a mom, to being for a woman is very important to know what kind of thins your children are doing so you prefer to spend time with them and give them al your love and care. This also can help you to respect them and have a good relation ship.

On the other hand, we can see frustrated moms being in home always and they don’t feel good doing a job in their homes. So they prefer stay all day long in a company or studying for give more opportunities to their child’s and being a good human being. That’s why we see a lot of businesswoman doing a great job in a huge company and also in the politics in the government.

Taking everything into account we can see that woman are needed in home but also in a company. They are a crucial part of our society so if they can be a good moms. Why they don’t be an excellent businesswoman?
